Assisted a client in securing a $500M commitment from a global private equity firm. Engagement included working with technical experts to prepare an asset pricing model used to demonstrate business case to investors.
Litigation support for a client which owns an interest in a partnership flip. Engagement included working with legal counsel to interpret project agreements and form a position for litigation. Work also included review of deal model for mathematical and qualitative accuracy.
Assisted an international construction contractor in developing a commodity hedging program from scratch. Scope of work included assessing commodity exposure, evaluating potential hedge effectiveness, recommending derivative instruments that could meet client needs for the least amount of cost, and preparing materials for presentation to senior executives and the board of directors.
